One Cert Consulting is a Perth-based team of professional, efficient and reliable approvals consultants and building surveyors delivering both planning & building approvals across Western Australia.
We take the stress out of the approvals process by organising and liaising with external expert consultants (energy efficiency assessors, consultant building surveyors, engineers etc.) and all relevant authorities including Councils and DFES to ensure a seamless approval process.

Our Process
design
Whether providing your own design or needing us to organise a set of drawings, each project is assessed by our expert team of approvals consultants. We provide preliminary advice and guidance to ensure a streamlined and stress free approval process. Building Audits & Expert consultants such as structural/fire engineers and energy efficiency assessor are generally engaged in-house at this stage of the process.
certification
Already organised your own Engineering or Energy Report? Great! We can skip straight to review & certification of the project. All projects are certified by a qualified & registered Building Surveyor. A certified project minimises risk and ensures a fast approval with a 10 business day turnaround in lieu of 25 business days for uncertified.
APPROVAL
By engaging an approvals manager we ensure all legislation has been addressed and liaise with the relevant authorities directly – certification from a building surveyor is only one step in the process! Our team are with you each step of the way, even providing post-approval support to ensure the highest level of customer service.
