The team was created to address the need for ONE consultant to manage the approvals process from start to finish.
As Building Surveyors by profession, we understand the approvals process can be quite complex, confusing and ever changing. A Building Surveyor certifying a project is required to be third-party to the design stage and is limited in their involvement and advice where they are providing a statutory function. The idea of approvals management was born from the frustration of Clients trying to self-navigate the approvals process, before and after a project had been certified where a private Building Surveyor was no longer able to offer advice. We combined building surveying, project management and council liaison to offer a complete approvals management service. All projects managed by our approvals consultants are certified by a third-party building certifier to ensure no conflict of interest and allow us to provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism to guide our clients through the whole process.
After years of refining, the team have put together a board of expert consultants at the leading edge of their industries to provide any additional services at a competitive rate. We liaise with only the best designers, structural engineers & energy efficiency assessors to ensure a cost-efficient project over and above our Clients’ expectations.
